SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Patchouli Brazil. The following terms and conditions constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (UNITED STATES)

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our facility in Jacksonville, Florida.

PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Please note that during peak seasons and promotional periods, processing times may be extended by 1-2 additional business days.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates only and begin from the date of shipping, not the date of order placement.

Standard Shipping:
- Processing time: 1-3 business days
- Estimated delivery: 5-7 business days after shipment
- Tracking: Provided via email

Expedited Shipping:
- Processing time: 1-2 business days
- Estimated delivery: 2-3 business days after shipment
- Tracking: Provided via email

Express Shipping:
- Processing time: 1 business day
- Estimated delivery: 1-2 business days after shipment
- Tracking: Provided via email

Please note: We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, natural disasters, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

FREE SHIPPING

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Free shipping applies to standard shipping only and is available for orders shipped within the continental United States. Free shipping does not apply to Alaska, Hawaii, or U.S. territories. Terms and conditions of free shipping promotions will be clearly stated at the time of the offer.

ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package using the tracking number provided through the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other applicable carrier).

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours after shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

At this time, we only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. We apologize for any inconvenience.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES AND APO/FPO ADDRESSES

We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS only. Please allow additional processing and delivery time for these addresses. Expedited and Express shipping options are not available for P.O. Box or military addresses.

MULTIPLE ITEM ORDERS

If you order multiple items, they may ship from different locations and arrive in separate packages on different dates. You will receive separate tracking information for each shipment.

DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at patchoulibrazil@gmail.com with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please:
1. Check with neighbors, building management, or household members
2. Verify the shipping address in your order confirmation
3. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number
4. Wait 24-48 hours as sometimes packages are marked delivered prematurely

If you still cannot locate your package after taking the above steps, please contact us at patchoulibrazil@gmail.com or call us at (904) 888-5587 within 7 days of the delivery date, and we will assist you.

INCORRECT ADDRESS

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete. Patchouli Brazil is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at patchoulibrazil@gmail.com. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the shipping address. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the order.

REFUSED OR UNCLAIMED PACKAGES

If a package is refused or goes unclaimed and is returned to us, you will be refunded the purchase price minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Since we currently only ship within the United States, customs, duties, and international taxes do not apply. If we expand to international shipping in the future, customers will be responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

HOLIDAY SHIPPING

During the holiday season (November - December), processing and delivery times may be extended due to high order volumes and carrier delays. We recommend placing your order early to ensure delivery before the holidays. Specific holiday shipping deadlines will be posted on our website and social media channels.
